well made budget vest

I am about 5-10 and 165 pounds and it is a little big for me if I am not wearing something like a sweatshirt or a jacket of some sort underneath it, even with the straps as tight as I can get it. Also a little bit wide when shooting a pistol in the weaver stance. But other than that it is very nicely made and appears to be very durable. We shall see after a summer of run-n-guns.
